Prefer we do it? Your plan’s monthly time covers that too — you choose per update.

Your website isn't lumped into one shared login with every other client. Each hosting account has its own cPanel, so your files, databases and backups stay separate — and stay yours.

Zest handles the one-time setup; after that, the inbox is the provider's job, not another line on a Zest invoice.

Your monthly minutes cover real hands-on work: content updates, publishing blog posts, small design tweaks, plugin questions and the little fixes that keep a site feeling fresh. If a request is going to run long, you'll hear about it before the timer does.
Yes — every plan includes a content login for posts, pages and media. Plugins, themes and WordPress core stay with us; that's what keeps your site fast and safe. If you'd rather not touch anything, your plan's monthly time covers content updates too. Full Administrator access is available by request; major plugin, theme or code changes should go through Zest. Problems caused by client-installed plugins, theme changes, custom code or cPanel modifications sit outside the care plan and are billed at our standard hourly rate.
Your website lives in its own isolated cPanel account from day one. Individual cPanel access is available to experienced clients on request — and as with full admin access, changes made outside Zest's care sit outside the care plan.
You do — completely. Your domain, your files, your cPanel account, your content and your data all stay yours. Zest works inside your account, not the other way around, and nothing is ever held hostage.
You get a full export of your website and database at no charge, plus help moving it to wherever it's going next. A care plan should be easy to stay for — not hard to leave.
Two things stay outside Care Plans. Email administration — Zest doesn't host email (see "What Zest handles" above for why that's deliberate). And large redesigns or new builds, which are scoped and priced as their own projects.
Extra hands-on time is billed at $125/hour — and it's always approved by you before it happens. No surprise invoices, ever.
