Full WordPress Administrator access in your own isolated cPanel account. Zest provides the hosting layer — secure server administration, SSL, automated backups, uptime monitoring — and you manage WordPress updates, plugins, content and troubleshooting yourself. Prefer a hand sometimes? Zest assistance is available at our standard hourly rate ($125/hr).
This is not a care plan — no monthly minutes, no proactive maintenance. Problems caused by client-installed plugins, theme changes, custom code or cPanel modifications are not covered and are billed at the standard hourly rate. Business email stays separate: Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, with one-time setup guidance available ($125).
