Before you ask
Your monthly minutes cover real hands-on work: content updates, publishing blog posts, small design tweaks, plugin questions and the little fixes that keep a site feeling fresh. If a request is going to run long, you'll hear about it before the timer does.
Yes — every plan includes a content login for posts, pages and media. Plugins, themes and WordPress core stay with us; that's what keeps your site fast and safe. Full admin is available by request — major plugin, theme or code changes go through Zest, and client-caused breakage is billed separately. Individual cPanel access is available to experienced clients on request.
You do — completely. Your domain, your files, your cPanel account, your content and your data all stay yours. Zest works inside your account, not the other way around, and nothing is ever held hostage.
You get a full export of your website and database at no charge, plus help moving it to wherever it's going next. A care plan should be easy to stay for — not hard to leave.
Two things stay outside Care Plans. Email administration — Zest doesn't host email; your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace subscription stays with the provider. And large redesigns or new builds, which are scoped and priced as their own projects.
